Youth Flag Football Leagues
Long Island Legends Flag Football League offers 5-man, non-contact flag football in spring and fall seasons across Suffolk and Nassau County fields. Teams compete in six divisions (A-E and Beginner G) with 8-game regular seasons, weekly highlights, and championship prizes. Registration fee is $695 per team plus $50 per-game referee fees. The league welcomes new teams mid-season and accepts free agent registrations for $50.
