• Children’s first names and birth dates, used for age-appropriate recommendations.
• Reviews and photos you submit as community content.
• Bucket list progress and weekend plan data.

We use the information we collect to personalize activity recommendations based on your children’s ages. If you opt in, we send notification emails including league registration alerts and a weekly digest of new listings.

Your bucket list and weekend plan progress is stored so you can pick up where you left off. Reviews and community photos you submit are displayed publicly on the site to help other families.

We use session cookies for authentication via NextAuth. These cookies are essential for keeping you signed in and do not track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services integrated into the site (such as Mapbox for maps) may set their own functional cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate the site:

• Resend for email delivery.
• Mapbox for interactive maps.
• Sanity for content management.
• Vercel for hosting and deployment.

Each of these services processes data according to their own privacy policies.

LI Playbook is designed for parents and caregivers, not directly for children under 13. Children’s information such as first names and birth dates is stored only when voluntarily entered by a parent or guardian for the purpose of personalizing age-appropriate activity recommendations. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Account data is retained until you request deletion. Session data expires automatically after a period of inactivity. Reviews and community submissions are retained as long as they remain published on the site. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed, though anonymized content may remain.
