Not So Scary Adventure for Kids at Gateway's Haunted Playhouse

Gateway's Haunted Playhouse in Bellport runs a not-so-scary Halloween walk-through for kids on October weekend afternoons: Saturdays and Sundays, October 10 to 25, from 12 PM to 3 PM. Kids meet goofy creatures and bewitching tricks along the way, and there's a treat at the end. Costumes are welcome. It is recommended for children ages 3 and up and for anyone not ready for the haunted house at night. Tickets are $25 for everyone who walks through, adults included, and are sold for 15 minute entry times, so arrive no more than 15 minutes early. Newborns, infants, strollers and baby carriers are not allowed inside, and the walk-through is not wheelchair accessible. Parking is free.
