Liberty Lacrosse is an elite travel lacrosse program serving girls from fifth grade through high school on Long Island, NY, offering comprehensive year-round training including indoor winter programs, outdoor practices, summer tournaments, and skill development clinics. The program emphasizes player development and team bonding through experiences like their signature Camp Pontiac sleepover camp in Copake, NY, which features three daily practices and team-building activities.
