Long Pond Greenbelt Nature Center

The Long Pond Greenbelt Nature Center is a 1,900-acre preserve featuring thirteen rare coastal plain ponds, wetlands, woods, and fields recognized as one of the most ecologically significant areas in New York State. Families can explore six miles of interconnected natural habitats, observe over 100 bird species, and participate in guided walks, educational programs, and field trips organized by Friends of the Long Pond Greenbelt.
