Manorhaven Beach Park

Manorhaven Beach Park is the Town of North Hempstead's waterfront recreation complex in Port Washington, looking out over Manhasset Bay. The centerpiece is the Manorhaven Pool Complex: a 25,000 square foot main pool with a competition and lap area, a zero depth entry and two water slides, plus a separate kiddie pool and a 12,000 square foot bathhouse with locker rooms and food service. Around it are basketball, tennis, handball, racquetball and bocce courts, horseshoe pits, a skate spot, reservable soccer and softball fields, a playground, picnic areas and a boat ramp. The park itself is open year round, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm in spring, summer and fall and 7:30 am to sunset in winter, while the pool season runs from late June into early September. Pool membership and daily admission are discounted for town residents.
