Sabat Park

Sabat Park is a 4.5 acre Mattituck park built on a former baseball field, with a half mile walking trail, tennis courts, open green space and views toward James Creek. A native pollinator meadow runs through the site, planted with more than 1,650 native plants by the park district and community volunteers in 2025, and its flowers and grasses bloom in turn across spring, summer and fall. Butterflies, bees and birds are common along the trail.
