Soccer Stars Long Island runs non-competitive soccer classes for kids ages 1 to 12+ at parks, school fields and indoor spaces across Nassau and Suffolk. There are three programs. Parent & Me is a pre-soccer music and movement class for toddlers 12 to 24 months. Super Soccer Stars is the core class, teaching the fundamentals in a fun, non-competitive setting. Soccer Stars United is the more advanced step up, where players are introduced to technical skills and team concepts. Classes are grouped by age and meet once a week, mostly on weekend mornings, and you can book a free class first. The program has no single home field. North Shore Soccer Club is a community-based youth soccer organization offering Intramural, Pre-Travel, and Travel programs for players at different ages and experience levels. Since 1973, the club has provided local children with instruction in skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship at Glen Head Community Center's turf fields.
Rockville Centre Soccer Club offers competitive travel soccer programs alongside recreational intramural and interleague options. The travel program partners with the New York Red Bulls Youth Program to provide professional coaching and competes in leagues including the Long Island Junior Soccer League, New York Club Soccer League, and Elite Development Program. Programs operate across fall, spring, and winter seasons with training sessions, competitive games, and seasonal tournaments.
Sachem Youth Soccer League offers competitive and recreational soccer programs for children from ages 3 through 19, with multiple pathways including Stars in Training for youngest players, Intramural and Academy programs for elementary-age children, and Travel Soccer with professional coaching and year-round training for more competitive players. The league features two practices per week for travel teams, seasonal games and tournaments, goalkeeper training, camps, and speed and agility clinics.
