Rising Stars Youth Foundation
Rising Stars Youth Foundation operates a year-round basketball program for 3rd–12th grade students, featuring competitive travel teams, training academies, and seasonal camps at their state-of-the-art 16,000 sq ft Athletic Complex in Freeport. The organization emphasizes player development both physically and mentally, with top coaches and trainers, and also hosts volleyball and pickleball alongside basketball tournaments and community events.

Hoop Lab Commack is Hoop Lab's flagship lab and its first gym built for the Hoop Lab method from the ground up, with six mini-courts, a dedicated turf zone and a full court for game play. Boys and girls ages 4 to 16 of any skill level train in semi-private classes capped at four players, grouped by age and skill level. Every new player starts with a trial class and a skills evaluation to be placed at the right level, and members book any class on the schedule with no fixed weekly time. One membership works at every Hoop Lab location. The lab shares a shopping center with Floor & Decor and HomeSense, and its entrance is around the back of the building, not facing the main parking lot.
Hoop Lab Syosset brings Hoop Lab's semi-private basketball training to its courts inside Sportime Syosset on Hasket Drive, minutes from the LIE. Boys and girls ages 4 to 16 of any skill level train in classes of no more than four players, grouped by age and skill, with coaches giving each player individual feedback and progress tracking. Classes run 5 days a week, and one Hoop Lab membership covers classes at every location, including Roslyn and Commack. Elite sessions for high school and college athletes are also offered. Inside Sportime, walk past the front desk and down the small steps to find the courts.
St. Aidan CYO Basketball offers competitive travel leagues and an intramural basketball program for boys. Travel teams compete against other Long Island parishes through the CYO program with weekend games and weekly practices, while the St. Aidan Basketball League (SABL) provides intramural-style competition with weeknight games across local gyms in the Mineola, Herricks, and East Williston school districts.
St. Anthony's CYO offers competitive basketball programs from 1st through 12th grade, including travel teams that compete against other parishes in the Diocese CYO league, as well as intramural in-house leagues and beginner clinics. Travel basketball teams are formed by skill level through tryouts, while in-house leagues feature draft-style team placement with guaranteed games and playoff tournaments.
