David Weld Sanctuary is a 125-acre nature preserve on Long Island's North Shore featuring diverse habitats including cedar fields, red maple swamps, and a scenic beach with 1,800 feet of beachfront. Families can explore well-maintained trails that lead to a 50-foot bluff overlooking Long Island Sound, a glacial kettle hole, and impressive boulders throughout the grounds.
