Eisenhower Park Junior Golf Lessons
The golf shop at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow offers private and small-group junior golf instruction, an individualized program for any level from beginners to high school and college competition players. The facility covers every area of the game, with putting greens, bunkers and a driving range as well as on-course practice. The shop has received the Metropolitan Junior Golf Leader award from the Metropolitan Golf Association.

The Kelley Brooke Golf Channel Academy runs junior golf programs at The 9 at Merrick. The Pee Wee program is a six-week indoor putting and games program for ages 4 to 5, with all equipment provided. Junior Golf 101 is a six-week, one-hour-a-week introduction for novice golfers ages 7 to 14, covering putting, chipping and full swing with games and challenge weeks. Intermediate and advanced players ages 10 to 16 can join the Junior On Course Playing Series, four weeks of guided play on the course. Boys and girls can also play PGA Jr. League at Bethpage, with 13U and 17U teams open to all skill levels: if a junior can putt, chip and hit the ball, they can play.
First Tee Metropolitan New York runs golf and life skills classes at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, its Long Island main campus, where kids play and learn on the park's three historic golf courses and its large driving range. Classes are grouped by age: 5 to 6, 7 to 9, 10 to 11, 12 to 13, and 14 and up. The chapter also offers Path to College, its college preparatory program, and has delivered programs in Nassau County for over 20 years.
Harbor Links in Port Washington runs a ladder of junior golf programs. The Futures Club is a playful introduction for ages 4 to 6: four one-hour sessions that build balance, coordination and motor skills through fun drills and activities. The Par Program is a six-week series of 90-minute practice sessions for beginner-to-intermediate juniors, with groups by age from 7 to 15, emphasizing proper technique, course management and a strong foundation. Juniors who progress can graduate to the Birdie Program, 90-minute sessions offered several times a week for intermediate players, many of whom aim to compete on high school varsity teams or in individual tournaments; a skills assessment decides who qualifies. The course also runs a summer golf program for beginner and beginner-intermediate juniors, in groups for ages 6 to 9 and 10 to 16.
